What payment method do you accept?
In Lebanon, we accept only cash on delivery.
How long does it take for shipping?
Shipping will take 1 to 3 days to deliver to your address anywhere in Lebanon.
Can i cancel my order?
Get in touch through our Contact Us Page and let us know you would like to cancel your order. If we haven't already shipped your order, we'd be happy to help you out.
Can i return my order?
Of course! If your lights have not been used you can return your order within 5 days of receiving it. You must cover the return shipping as we do not charge a restocking fee. Please contact us through our form to receive more information on returning your order.
How to stick the GlowGrid lights?
- When you are trying to remove the paper, please take it slowly and press the paper back to the tape once the adhesive is going to be ripped off with the protective layer.
- Please stick the GlowGrid lights to a clean and smooth surface.
- Please use a dust-free cloth to clean the surface of the dust and oil residue, then install the light strip.
- Do not touch the adhesive side with your fingers. Press for 10-30 seconds after sticking it.
Can I control multiple GlowGrid lights with only one application connected?
If you bought lights for the same model from LumiTech, you can use one bluetooth connection to control all the lights in an interconnected design. Please note that you will need to connect all the lights to only one bluetooth connector piece (T-shaped object) attached to the grid.
However, if you want to separate the lights into 2 separate designs. You will need a power cable and a connector piece for each grid design.
All grids can be connected to one application simultaneously.
Can I power multiple GlowGrid lights with only one USB cable connected to an adapter?
Due to the specifications of the lights and power cable, there is a limit on how many lights can be connected to one power cable which ranges from 18 - 24 pieces. This is based on the design or figure that is built using the lights. To create a design using 20+ lights, you will require 2 or more power cables.
It’s not recommended to connect extra light because of the power issue. The voltage drop may cause the strip light to show different colors or the last part of the light will be off if they are connected in series. It's advised to plug other lights to different plugs to use.
What is the lifespan of your lighting products?
Our lighting products are designed to have a long lifespan, typically ranging from 30,000 to 50,000 hours of usage.
Are your lighting products energy-efficient?
Yes, our lighting products are energy-efficient. We utilize advanced technologies such as LED (Light Emitting Diode) to provide high luminosity while consuming significantly less energy compared to traditional lighting options.
Can I dim your lighting products?
Our product does have a brightness adjustment feature that allows you to dim your lighting. You can also brighten your products and make the colors stronger.
Can the GlowGrid lights be used outdoors?
The GlowGrid lights and power adapter are not waterproof. They need to be installed in the suitable environment away from any source of liquids.
What is the difference between RGB lights and RGBIC lights?
Comparing to RGB lights, the RGBIC lights have added color chasing mode, and with unique built-in IC chip, the RGBIC lights are able to display multicolors at one time like a rainbow or aurora.
Why does the GlowGrid light not pair with Bluetooth?

- Try to reset the light design. Please try to unplug the light design for 10 mins, then re-plug it.

- The app will ask you to turn on your Bluetooth, please enable Bluetooth.
- Turn on the Device.
- Click My Device and “+” on top left corner of the page.
- Search the product model.

Will the Glowgrid adhesive of the lights damage my painted wall if I rip it off?
If you follow the product manual on how to remove the lights and adhesives carefully and safely, you should not have any problem and no damage will occur to the walls.
However, if the lights with the adhesives were removed rapidly and aggressively, it is possible that an adhesive rips the paint off. So, it’s recommended to peel off the light strip slowly and carefully in case of damage.
